PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner for suppressing the increase of a weight of a cleaner body without allowing the lock structure of an extension pipe (a suction pipe) to be projected from the cleaner body, so as to prevent industrial design property from being deteriorated.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner includes: a cleaner body 6 incorporating an electric blower 18 for generating suction air; a handle 20 which is arranged in the upper part of the cleaner body 6 in a front and rear direction and whose rear end is fixed to the rear end of the cleaner body 6; and a suction pipe 3 which forms a part of a passage of the suction air generated by the electric blower 18 and where one end side is connected to a suction port body 2 and the other end side is connected to the cleaner body 6. A hook shape lock part 3a whose distal end is extended on the side of the suction port body 2 is formed in the outer periphery of the suction pipe 3. A locked part 20d having a recession 20e to which the lock part 3a of the suction pipe 3 is locked is formed on the upper surface of the rear end of the handle 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
