PURPOSE: An oleopneumatic suspension device is provided to regulate the angular stiffness of a roll or a hunting prevention without breaking up the suspension device. CONSTITUTION: The suspension device includes a first and a second buffers(A1, A1') including the bogie(14) of a railway vehicle and an operating apparatus(114, 114') placed between the main body(15). Herein, one of the end units of the each operating apparatus is stated onto the bogie and the other end unit of the operating apparatus is stated onto the main body. In this device, a vertical and a roll winders can be perfectly divided so that the vertical and the roll winders are controlled and the angular stiffness is secured in the roll.
