PROGRAMMING LOOP COUNTER OF A FLASH MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A programming loop counter is provided to test a program in a short time by arbitrarily establishing the maximum number of programming in a test mode of a flash memory device. CONSTITUTION: The programming loop counter comprises: an establishing element(10) for arbitrarily establishing the maximum number of programming of a flash memory cell when an error occurs; a binary counter(20) for counting according to a clock signal; and a multiplexer(30) for outputting to a programming control circuit(40) after selecting a bit value of the binary counter(20) according to a value of the establishing element(10).
