PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of shock at a time of switching from idling condition to non-idling condition even if learning control of ISC control is not completed. SOLUTION: An engine ECU executes a program including a step S110 executing ISC learning control if an engine is in idling condition (YES in S100), a step S140 performing correction of increasing delay quantity of engine ignition timing at a time of acceleration if ISC learning control is not completed (NO in S120), and a step S130 performing correction of decreasing delay quantity of engine ignition timing at a time of acceleration if ISC learning control is completed (YES in S120).
