PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier bag made of a material having waterproofing function and capable of preventing the outflow of water remaining in the bag. SOLUTION: In this tote bag, a main body portion 1 is composed of a circular single piece of a waterproofing material, and a seam or a bonded part is not formed at the bottom side or on side surfaces. The peripheries of the circular piece are put together at an upper opening 2 serving for attaching a grip or fastening member, and are jointed so that the center of the circle of the opening is prevented from moving to keep a shape and avoid falling down.
