PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a regulatory smoke exhaust effective opening area of a building by installing a smoke discharge duct at the rear of a ceiling without relying upon conventional openings and without impairing the design of the interior of the building. SOLUTION: A hood formed integrally with an external wall precast concrete is formed on the upper side of the window openings of the external wall precast concrete of a building. An integral opening for smoke exhaust is formed on the upper side of the hood. A normal floor is replaced with a precast concrete floor board which does not require outer peripheral small beams. The smoke exhaust duct extends through a space at the rear of the ceiling by the replacement to secure the smoke exhaust effective opening area. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
