PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a nanofiller-dispersed composite material having considerably improved dispersibility of a nanofiller in a nonpolar polymer. SOLUTION: The method for producing the nanofiller-dispersed composite material obtained by dispersing the nanofiller in the nonpolar polymer includes kneading a compatibilizer or coupling agent reactable with the nanofiller, with the nanofiller to react them, charging the nonpolar polymer thereto, and further kneading them. In the kneading device, plasticizing and kneading are carried out by feeding the compatibilizer through a first feed port 5a, and the kneading is carried out by charging the nanofiller through a second feed port 5b thereto. After the compatibilizer has been reacted and bound with the nanofiller, kneading is further carried out by charging the nonpolar polymer through a third feed port 5c. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
