PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type noise control device of low cost, extremely small in arithmetic processing amount to silence road noise. SOLUTION: This active type noise control device is constituted to provide an offset sound of an opposite phase of the road noise by forming a control signal Sc corresponding to an error signal e1 with a corrected error signal e2 to supply to filter factor updaters 38, 40 of an adaptive notch filter 32 as a signal of the control signal Sc which is an output signal of the adaptive notch filter 32 subtracted from the error signal e1 provided from a microphone 6 by a subtracter 20, providing the corrected control signal Sca by adjusting a phase of the control signal Sc by a delayer 34, and outputting the corrected control signal Sca from a speaker 8. Thus, the active type noise control device of low cost, extremely small in arithmetic processing amount is constructed in comparison with conventional technology as it is devised to adjust the phase by the delayer 34.
