PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve further the solar heat reflectivity of a waterproof sheet while enabling coloring the surface of the sheet with a desired color. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet has the first layer 1 serving as the surface A of the waterproof sheet and the second layer 2 laminated on the back surface of the first layer. The first layer is composed of a colored resin material prepared by adding a pigment to a raw resin, and the second layer is composed of an IR-reflective resin material having an IR reflectivity than that of the colored resin material.
