PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely position and fix a stock with a hole. SOLUTION: A core 15 projecting from a jig upward is insertable into the cylinder hole 3 of a cylinder block 2 as a stock. An output rod 30 is axially movably inserted into the cylindrical hole 29 of the core 15. An inner engagement device 32 disposed on the outer periphery of the core 15 is biased upward by a spring. An annular plug 36 disposed on the outer periphery of the inner engagement device 32 is connected to the output rod 30. Two outer engagement devices 45, 45 radially movably supported on the peripheral wall 44 of the annular plug 36 are wedged to the inner engagement device 32 from the upper side. Two pressing parts 46, 46 are formed in the outer peripheral part of one outer engagement device 45 at a predetermined interval in the lateral direction W.
