A manufacturing method of ferritic stainless steel including titanium is provided to reduce the surface defects of stainless steel by adding proper aluminum and calcium of proper concentration into the molten steel. A manufacturing method of ferritic stainless steel including titanium comprises a step of removing oxygen inside molten steel passed through a vacuum refining furnace by adding aluminum of 0.05~0.15wt% in the molten steel, a step of lowering the high melting point of the aluminum inclusion in the molten steel by adding calcium of 0.2~0.5kg/T-steel in the molten steel, and a step of controlling the casting temperature of the molten steel and casting the molten steel. It is prevented that attachment(110) is formed on the inside surface of a submerged nozzle(100) injecting the molten steel from a tundish into a water cooling mold in continuous casting. |
