An opening/closing apparatus of an isotope radiation source is provided to minimize radioactive exposure of an operator by accurately displaying an opening/closing state of a radiation source through a radiation sensor. An isotope vessel(100) receives a radioactive isotope(10). An irradiation hole(109) is formed in one surface of the isotope vessel in order to irradiate radiation generated in the radioactive isotope. An opening/closing part(500) opens and closes the irradiation hole. A driving part opens the irradiation hole by separating the opening/closing part from the isotope vessel. An elastic supporting part(600) elastically supports one side of the opening/closing part. The elastic supporting part closes the irradiation hole by moving the opening/closing part to the isotope vessel by elasticity. The opening/closing indicator(700) is arranged around the irradiation hole. The opening/closing indicator indicates opening/closing of a radiation source by sensing the radiation irradiated from the isotope vessel.
