<p>A waterproof glove and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which improve waterproof effect by heat-fusing the outer cloth, the lining, and the middle cloth. A manufacturing method of the waterproof glove comprises: a step(S10) for preparing the adhesive member so that the adhesion part and the hotmelt part can be symmetrically positioned; a step(S12) for cutting the adhesive member in the fixed shape; a step(S14) for attaching the adhesive member to the specified region of the lining outer side surface; a step(S16) for bonding the middle cloth to the lining in which the adhesive member is adhered; a step(S18) for heating up the bonded portion of the adhesive member and middle cloth; a step(S20) for attaching the adhesion part of the adhesive member to the specified region of the outer side surface of the middle cloth combined with the lining; a step(S22) for bonding the outer cloth to the middle cloth setting in the hand form; a step(S24) for binding the middle cloth and outer cloth; and a step(S26) for drawing out the glove from the setting machine.</p> |
