METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIVE CELL VACCINE FOR PREVENTING MAMMARY CANCER

The invention relates to the production of agents for preventing mammary cancer by using metastasizing mouse adenocarcinoma cell line as a preventive and immune preparation in the form of a xenogenic transplant of mouse tumor which develops some time in the connective tissue capsule under the human skin. The aim of the invention is to develop an antitumor vaccine the use of which is based on the vaccination of a human being with a live pathological material of an animal with similar disease. The cell line which is the benign tumor of the Balb/c line mouses is transplanted to syngeneic animals with the obligatory condition of introducing the cells into the pre-formed tissue capsule. During allogenic transplantation, BBCV cells induce immunity protecting the mouses against a sufficiently large dose of syngeneic cancerous adenocarcinoma cells. For human xenotransplantation, the BBCV cell line can be proposed as a harmless immunogenic preparation for preventing mammary cancer in women.
