PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for making pronounce by digital input, in electrostatic actuator array.SOLUTION: The device includes a large number of electrostatic actuators including a movement element moving between first and second electrodes, a plurality of first Nr electrical connections (R wire 400), a plurality of second Nc electrical connections (A wire 410), and a plurality of third Nc electrical connections (B wire 420). Furthermore, the device includes a controller 50 electrically connected with a plurality of first, second and third electrical connections, receiving a digital input signal, and operating to apply the potential of a predetermined finite set to the electrical connections, respectively.
