PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various power measuring devices of a thin film sensor type capable of measuring power in a high-frequency circuit or a battery with a simple and small configuration.SOLUTION: A power measuring device comprises: a magnetic film 1a arranged so as to be parallel to a primary conductor Cu through which load current flows; a power feeding unit Vin including an input/output terminal for supplying element current to the magnetic film 1a; a bias magnetic field application unit which applies a parallel, vertical, or oblique DC magnetic field in a magnetization direction of the magnetic film; and a detecting unit which detects the voltage between terminals of the magnetic film in an element current direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
