PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TRAIL expression enhancer which can enhance the TRAIL expression capability that a cell originally has, safely and without side effects.SOLUTION: A culture composition obtained from a culture of Aureobasidium pullulans is used as an active ingredient of a TRAIL expression enhancer. The TRAIL expression enhancer is suitably used for prevention or improvement of autoimmune inflammation.
