PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device which is advantageous to preventing reduction in sensitivity and image quality.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes a pixel array formed by arranging a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes a photoelectric transducer, and a microlens for guiding incident light to the photoelectric transducer. The microlens has a lower surface located on an emission side of the incident light and formed in a convex shape with respect to the photoelectric transducer. A vertex of the convex shape is displaced toward the center of the pixel array from the center of the microlens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
