A resource redistribution method and device are disclosed in the present invention, wherein the method includes: calculating the total profit of a system; judging whether the resource redistribution should be performed on the system according to the total profit; and if the judging result is yes, performing the resource redistribution on the system. According to the present invention, the problem that dynamic resource distribution cannot be performed for the dynamically changed users in related art is solved, and the utilization of the limited frequency resource is increased.
