A ham sausage kinking and cutting device comprises a once-step shaped upper/lower mold mechanism (1), a secondary-step shaped upper/lower mold mechanism (2), and a bundle collecting plate mechanism (3), wherein the once-step shaped upper/lower mold mechanism (1) and the secondary-step shaped upper/lower mold mechanism (2) are cooperated with each other. The once-step shaped upper/lower mold mechanism comprises a once-step shaped upper mold (13) and a once-step shaped lower mold (14). The secondary-step shaped upper/lower mold mechanism comprises a secondary-step shaped lower mold (21) and a secondary-step shaped upper mold (22). The once-step shaped upper mold and the once-step shaped lower mold cooperate with each other, and are used for making an aluminum wire that penetrates through the once-step shaped upper mold into a U-shaped buckle, and for pressing the U-shaped buckle into the secondary-step shaped lower mold. The secondary-step shaped lower mold and the secondary-step shaped upper mold cooperate with each other, and are used for extruding the U-shaped buckle into a heart shape, and cutting off a sausage housing membrane that penetrates through from top to bottom. The kinking and cutting device can implement kinking and cutting at the same time, thereby improving the production efficiency, and reducing the cost. |
