A low-phase noise microwave frequency source circuit and equipment, and a method. The low-phase noise microwave frequency source circuit comprises a sampling phase discriminator, a clamping circuit module, a loop filter and a voltage-controlled oscillator, wherein the sampling phase discriminator is connected to the loop filter; the other end of the loop filter is connected to one end of the clamping circuit module, and the other end of the clamping circuit module is connected to the voltage-controlled oscillator; the voltage-controlled oscillator is connected to the sampling phase discriminator. A clamping circuit module is additionally arranged, and an expensive medium voltage-controlled oscillator is replaced with a broadband and cheap voltage-controlled oscillator in a solution of a sampling phase lock, such that the equipment cost is greatly lowered; and circuits of different frequencies can be employed universally by setting a clamp voltage without replacing key devices, such that the compatibility is better. The method not only has the advantage of high phase noise index of a sampling phase lock, but also has the characteristic of adjustable output frequency of a digital phase lock. |
