Disclosed is an electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus comprises: a fastener, at least one elastic member, a circuit board, and a metal structure member. The fastener is located at a first side of the circuit board and is oppositely disposed to a first surface of the circuit board. The at least one elastic member is located between the fastener and the circuit board. The metal structure member is located at a second side of the circuit board and is oppositely disposed to a second surface of the circuit board. The second surface of the circuit board is provided with a shielding cover. The at least one elastic member deforms between the fastener and the circuit board, such that the metal structure member and the shielding cover on the circuit board are fixed together and contact with each other. |
