PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a banner capable of presenting an advertising effect at a maximum by taking in sufficient winds between two sheets while taking safety into account.SOLUTION: A banner 10 comprises a flag 1, a flag pole 2, and a flag attaching member 3 which couples the flag 1 and the flag pole 2. The flag 1 includes: a wind hole 4 that is formed by overlapping two sheets 1A and 1B and binding the vicinity of one end in a width direction in an intermittent manner in a length direction; and lock holes 5, 5, ..., in the vicinity of the other end in the width direction, formed on each of the two sheets 1A and 1B that are locked to the flag attaching member 3. The flag attaching member 3 includes: a sliding part that is freely rotatable relatively to an outer peripheral surface of the flag pole; an arm of a predetermined length extending to both sides with the sliding part defined as a center; and a flag lock part that is formed at an end side of the arm.
