PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program reservation device by which a program desired by a user can be simply reserved for the program reservation management device. SOLUTION: The program reservation device is provided with a controller 30 and a mobile phone and video recorder corresponding table in which a plurality of video recorders 4 to 6 and a plurality of communication terminals 7 to 9 that are connected with one another via the Internet 3 correspond uniquely to one another. For access from the communication terminals 7 to 9, the controller 30 networks the communication terminals 7 to 9 and the video recorders 4 to 6 corresponding uniquely to the communication terminals 7 to 9 via the corresponding table of the mobile phone and the video recorder. Further, the controller 30 makes the video recorders 4 to 6 implement the program reservation based on the program reservation information by transferring the program reservation information from the communication terminals 7 to 9 to the video recorders 4 to 6.
