This utility model refers to a method of producing pH indicator from kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) comprising the steps of: collecting, weighing, grinding and mixing the flowers with water; boiling the mixture; filtering; and adding alcohol to the filtrate to produce a composition where paper is soaked and subsequently dried. The dried paper can be used to determine the pH of a sample formulation using an established color chart. |
