A bracket (20) is attached to the rear side of the facade panel or body panel (28). It has bosses on its inner side (43) with through bores (24) accommodating elastomeric housings (4) for rigid distance pieces (3). The fastening bolts have broad heads (5) engaging the elastomeric housings and the distance pieces which engage the inside surface of a support bracket (32). Nuts (34) are screwed onto the threaded ends of the bolts (6).
