<p>The present invention provides an apparatus of feeding sub-blank special for cold-forging forming machine of screw which includes a valve holder with a feeding channel whose entrance is on the top surface of the valve holder and whose exit is on the lower end of the valve holder. The difference is in that the exit of said feeding channel is on the lateral of the valve holder. A through hole containing a push rod in it is opposite to said exit. A stop rod linked with said push rod is installed outside the exit. Since the feeding unit is simplified, the whole appliance (apparatus of feeding sub-blank special for cold-forging forming machine of screw) can be manufactured and assembled easily. Simultaneously, the stroke of said blank is shortened and the blank can be directly pushed into fixture, so the continuity of the whole processing operation is improved, and the productive capacity of the whole appliance is also enhanced.</p> |
