PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system which does not need switching of light control glass and is capable of displaying an image at nighttime or on regular holidays, and which makes it possible for a product to be seen during the hours, when image is not displayed. SOLUTION: The image output system 1 comprises a light control glass 2, capable of changing transmittance by application of a voltage and an image output device 3 for delivering image with the light control glass 2 that is set in an opaque state. When the output of an image is detected by an image output detection means for detecting the fact that an image has been output from the image output system 1, the image is delivered with the light control glass 2 set to an opaque state; and when the output of an image is not detected, the light control glass 2 is set to a transparent state.
