PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition containing a Ca/Zn-based stabilizer for the vinyl chloride resin which is excellent in extruding ability and is free from build-up and plate-out phenomena during extrusion, and capable of making an extruded product having surface brightness and superior appearance as good as those of a resin composition using a lead-based stabilizer. SOLUTION: This stabilizer for the hard vinyl chloride resin for extrusion comprises a hydroxy-fatty acid salt and a fatty acid salt at a mass ratio of 1:9-9:1. The hard vinyl chloride resin composition for extrusion comprises the stabilizer of 0.05-2.0 parts by mass based on the vinyl chloride resin of 100 parts by mass. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
