PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition which has a viscosity appropriate for a liquid detergent composition and an excellent low temperature stability, is easy to handle in the thickener-mixing process and can be manufactured with ease. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains (A) an alkylene oxide adduct expressed by formula (1) and (B) not less than one kind of surfactant selected from among (B1)-(B3) (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is a 6-30C aliphatic or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group optionally with an oxygen atom intervened; AO is a 2-6C alkyleneoxy group; m and n are≥0 numbers which make m+n representing average mole numbers of the added alkylene oxide (A) to be 0.5-35), wherein (B1) is a sulfate-type anionic surfactant, (B2) is an ether carboxylic acid-type anionic surfactant, and (B3) is a betaine-type amphoteric surfactant.
