PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation device for fuel saving operation capable of realizing more efficient fuel saving operation. SOLUTION: An ecoindicator 1 is provided with a detecting means 3b detecting accelerator opening, a notifying means 3a notifying a user of a deviation when the accelerator opening detected by the detecting means 3b or throttle opening converted from the accelerator opening deviates from a fuel saving area, a warm-up detecting means 3d detecting whether the warm-up of the powertrain system of the vehicle is completed or not, and a changing means 3e changing the fuel saving area when the warm-up completion is not detected.
