PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible bar capable of being adjusted in its length in phases extremely easily, and being retained at an adjusted length surely and firmly. SOLUTION: In this flexible bar 1, a plurality of protrusions 4 are protruded in an inner cylinder, and a guide groove 5 is notched in an outer cylinder 2 and a plurality of recessed grooves are recessed in an orthogonal direction relative to the guide groove 5. The inner cylinder 3 is freely slidable in the length direction A of the outer cylinder 2 while the respective protrusions 4 of the inner cylinder 3 are arranged in the guide groove 5 of the outer cylinder. The slide of the inner cylinder 3 in the length direction A of the outer cylinder 2 is restricted in a state in which the inner cylinder 3 is rotated in the peripheral direction of the outer cylinder 2 after length adjustment and the respective protrusions 4 of the inner cylinder 3 are inserted in the respective recessed grooves 6 of the outer cylinder 2.
