PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet punch die capable of securely holding a punch unit on a holding substrate and movably holding the punch unit according to a tray position of a formed sheet. SOLUTION: A bolt 14a is inserted through a tubular member 8a, washer 18a and a mounting hole 15a to be mounted with a nut 19a. An inner diameter of the tubular member 8a is set to be larger than an outer diameter of the bolt 14a, an outer diameter of the tubular member 8a is set to be smaller than an inner diameter of the mounting hole 15a, and length of the tubular member 8a is set to be longer than depth of the mounting hole 15a. This enables the punch unit 20 to move in a horizontal surface even the nut 19a is fastened and the tubular member 8a is pressed/fixed to the holding substrate 13. At the time of punching a tray, when the formed sheet is pressed on the formed sheet punch die, positioning members 26a-26d follow a side surface of the tray, which is accompanied by displacement of the punching unit 20 to allow a punching blade 12 to cut the tray at a correct position.
