摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the most suitable environment for operation of an internal combustion engine, suppressing room temperature rise due to heat dissipation without using a large scale installation even when mechanical equipment containing the internal combustion engine is operated indoors. SOLUTION: This building structure includes: a heat dissipating duct 3 introducing and emitting heat dissipation from the internal combustion engine to the outside of a building 2; an exhaust passage 4 and an exhaust opening 7 for emitting exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine to the outside; and an outside air suction opening 6 taking in outside air for supplying the outside air to the internal combustion engine. The mechanical equipment includes opening/closing means 5 freely opening/closing a heat dissipating exhaust port 3a emitting heat from the internal combustion engine. Temperature in the building 2 is regulated in such a manner that when outside air temperature is high, the opening/closing means 5 is operated to close the heat dissipating exhaust port 3a, and when the outside air temperature is low, the opening/closing means 5 is operated to open the heat dissipating exhaust port 3a.
