PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a relatively inexpensive reinforcing member of a concrete structure, superior in adhesion to the concrete structure. SOLUTION: This reinforcing member is characterized by having a fiber sheet 1 adhered to a surface of the concrete structure of a reinforcing object, a fiber anchor 2 embedded at a predetermined interval in the concrete structure from above the fiber sheet and stuck to an upper surface of the fiber sheet 1 by expanding in a radial shape by dividing its fiber sheet 1 side into a plurality, and a fiber sheet piece 3 stuck by covering a radial extent of the fiber anchor 2.
