An aluminum sheet for a heat reflection heat insulating material is provided to improve its utility as a heat insulating material by using the adhesive layer of different kinds of materials. An aluminum sheet(100) for a heat reflection heat insulating material comprises a polyethylene film(102) which is adhered to the outer exposure surface of a pure aluminum film(101) of a purity of 97% or more to allow the reflectivity and radiation rate of the aluminum film to be maintained and to prevent the contamination and oxidation of the aluminum film; and a polyethylene terephthalate film(103) which is adhered to the aluminum film at the facing position of the polyethylene film to improve the tensile strength and adhesive strength of the aluminum film.
