A parking device of an auto transmission is provided to secure a stabilized fixation force of a parking sprag shaft without a coupling part and a coupling groove of a transmission housing and a parking sprag shaft by improving a parking device. A parking device of an auto transmission includes a parking sprag, a parking sprag shaft, and an elastic spring. The parking sprag(20) performs parking by engaging a holding jaw formed in an end part with a parking gear according to states of a parking rod connected to a detent plate. The parking sprag shaft(100) rotatably fixes an end part of the parking sprag to an inner wall of a transmission housing(40). The elastic spring is coupled in the parking sprag shaft, and provides an elastic force to the parking sprag.
