A pulley for a water pump capable of scattering cooling water is provided to scatter the cooling water supplied through a drain hole which is rotated in engine driving rapidly, and to store the cooling water on a dipped space formed on a guide protrusion. A pulley for a water pump capable of scattering cooling water is mounted on one side of a pump housing(11) to supply the cooling water drawn out from a gap of a mechanical seal(13) of the water pump to an inner circumference through a drain hole(16). A guide protrusion(12a) protruded to the center of the rotation is formed around the inner circumference of the pump housing. The cooling water supplied from the drain hole is stored in a dipped space.
