SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING VARIABLE TRIM LINE OF PANEL

An apparatus for manufacturing a variable trim line of a panel is provided to form the variable trim line with simple operation in a single process and to thereby reduce the manufacturing cost. An apparatus for manufacturing a variable trim line of a panel includes upper and lower mold units(22). The upper mold unit is composed of a select retainer which is arranged in an upper mold steel and selectively punches a variable trim portion of a panel, and an upper mold punch which is moved back and forth by the select retainer. The lower mold unit is arranged on a lower mold steel to face the upper mold unit and interlocks with the punching of the upper mold unit to push out a strap caught between the lower mold steel. The lower mold unit is composed of a lower mold punch(23) which slides back and forth beneath the lower mold steel and serves as complementary side for the upper mold punch, a gas reservoir(24) which is arranged behind the lower mold punch and supports to lower mold, and a stopper(25) which restricts the forward return location of the lower mold punch.
