PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting structure of a door trim to a door panel. SOLUTION: A door trim base material mounted to a door panel of the vehicle is provided. The door trim base material is provided with a door trim base material body; and a clip mounting seat for mounting the door trim base material body to the door panel by the clip. The clip mounting seat has an integral hinge for performing integral molding with the door trim base material body, and is integrally molded with the door trim base material body through the integral hinge. The door trim base material body and the clip mounting seat have a fastening part for mutually fastening both members in the state that the integral hinge is bent in a predetermined direction.
