PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a candidate of a user to receive incentive, for facilitating periodic use of the same section, in a car sharing system.SOLUTION: An operation plan support apparatus includes: use history acquisition means of acquiring a trip group, which is a set of trips including information on a use section and use time where and when a user used a vehicle in the past; classification means of classifying the trip group into a first trip group formed of trips of the user with non-uniform use time or use section, and a second trip group formed of trips of the other users; time-zone determination means which determines a periodic-use time zone, which is a time zone in which the vehicle is used by a periodic user, on the basis of the first trip group; and vehicle arrangement determination means which determines the optimal number of vehicles to be arranged for each of stations, at the start or end time of the periodic-use time zone; and candidate extraction means which extracts a candidate of a periodic user, on the basis of the determined optimal number of vehicles to be arranged and the first trip group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
