PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular adjustment device that can be downsized.SOLUTION: An angular adjustment device 71 includes a first arm 1 having a seaming member 5 and a second arm 10 having a rotational axis portion 13. One end portion 5a and the other end portion 5b of the seaming member 5 are provided on the first arm 1. The first arm 1 and the second arm 10 are connected in such a way that the second arm 10 can rotate around the rotational axis portion 13 while a seaming portion 6 of the seaming member 5 is wound around the outer periphery 13a of the rotational axis portion 13. The angular adjustment device 71 is structured such that rotation of the second arm 10 in a given rotational direction G is prevented by the action of a friction force GM, which occurs when the second arm 10 rotates in the given rotational direction G, on the seaming member 5. |
