PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit capable of suppressing failures caused by surge voltage, and to provide an illuminating fixture using the same.SOLUTION: A light source unit 100 comprises three light source groups 11-13, a full-wave rectification circuit 2, three constant current circuits 21-23, and a substrate. A series circuit of the light source group 11 and the constant current circuit 21 is electrically connected between a pair of output ends of the full-wave rectification circuit 2. A series circuit of the light source group 12 and the constant current circuit 22 is electrically connected with the constant current circuit 21. A series circuit of the light source group 13 and the constant current circuit 23 is electrically connected with the constant current circuit 22. Connection parts P9, P13, and P14 for electrically connecting between a plurality of solid light-emitting elements 8 respectively are provided on the substrate. The connection parts P9, P13, and P14 are provided with a non-conductive part not having conductivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
