PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a particle beam rotary irradiation apparatus which can improve throughput of particle beam therapy and in which a rotary part support structure can be made compact.SOLUTION: A particle beam rotary irradiation apparatus includes a rotation part 20 which has a beam transport part 2 for transporting charged particle beam 18 to an irradiation nozzle 4 and is rotatable around an isocenter and a rotation part support base 25 for rotatably supporting the rotation part 20. The beam transport part 2 has a plurality of deflection electromagnets 3 which once deflect the charged particle beam 18 incident along a rotation axis 1 of the rotation part 20 to an outer periphery side, and then deflect the charged particle beam 18 in the direction of the rotary shaft, and transport it to the irradiation nozzle 4. A deflection electromagnet 3c on the most downstream side of the beam transport part 2 is arranged in such a way that a beam incident axis 14 of the deflection electromagnet 3c diagonally passes through a flat surface including the rotation axis 1 and a beam irradiation axis 5 of the irradiation nozzle 4. |
