FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for prediction of severity of clinical course of Lichen Acuminatus of oral mucosa (LICHEN OM). Method consists in the fact that in the oral fluid the concentration of zinc and copper is evaluated by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. If the zinc is at 6.6 mcg/dl or less, copper level is at 5.2 mcg/l and less it enables predicting the development of severe clinical course of LICHEN OM.EFFECT: using the invention provides more accurate prediction of severity of clinical course of LICHEN OM, reduces labour input of the method.1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
