FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, orthopaedics, traumatology and can be used for assessing treatment efficacy in patients with injured pelvic ring. Computed tomography is performed and lengths of sections are measured on the image section in horizontal plane firstly at three levels: level of ilium wings heights (IWH), centres of femoral bones heads (CFBH) and symphysis level (SL). At that at the level of IWH (I) lengths of sections are measured between the point placed at IWH, and the perpendicular base, drawn from IWH to traces intersection line of sagittal (SP) and horizontal (HP) planes. At the level of CFBH (II) - between the point placed at CFBH, and the perpendicular base, drawn from CFBH to traces intersection line of SP and HP. At the level of SL (III) - between the pubic bone wart and the perpendicular base, drawn from the pubic bone wart to traces intersection line of SP and HP. Said sections are measured on both sides of the pelvis. Asymmetry of pelvic bones are measured by formulas:where t- index of pelvic bones asymmetry at the I level, AA1 is length of the section between the point placed on ilium wings height, and the perpendicular base drawn from IWH to traces intersection line of SP and HP, and BB1 - from the other side; t- index of pelvic bones asymmetry at the II level, AA2 - length of the section between the point placed at CFBH, and the perpendicular base drawn from CFBH to traces intersection line of SP and HP, and BB2 - from the other side; t- index of pelvic bones asymmetry at the level of the pubic bones warts, AA3 - length of the section between the pubic bone wart and the perpendicular base drawn from the pubic bone wart to traces intersection line of SP and HP, and BB3 - from the other side; then lengths of the sections are measured on the imaging section in a frontal plane (FP) at the same levels, and pelvic bones asymmetry is determined similarly in the FP. Treatment efficacy is assessed by formula: M = (M+ M+ M+ M+ M+ M):6, where M is a percentage index of treatment efficacy in patients with injured pelvic ring; M, M, M- percentage indices of treatment efficacy in patients with injured pelvic ring in the HP at the I, II, III levels, respectively; M, M, M- percentage indices of treatment efficacy in patients in the FP at the I, II, III levels, respectively. At that M=(1-t)×100, M=(1-t)×100, M=(1-t)×100, M=(1-t)×100, M=(1-t)×100, M=(1-t)×100. When M is below 70 % therapy is supposed as unsatisfactory, 70-84 % - satisfactory, 85-95 % - good, more than 95 % - excellent.EFFECT: method provides the accurate determination of pelvic bones asymmetry for evaluating clinical effectiveness in patients with injured pelvic ring.1 cl, 7 dwg, 1 ex, 1 tblгориз - h. |
