PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head that allows production costs to be suppressed and allows a size thereof to be reduced, and further to provide a liquid ejection device.SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head comprises: a nozzle plate having a plurality of nozzles arranged side by side; a pressure chamber formation substrate formed with a plurality of pressure chambers; and a communication substrate 23 having common liquid chambers 32 for individually supplying ink to each pressure chamber via individual communication ports. The common liquid chambers 32 comprise: first liquid chambers 51 that are formed so as to pass through the communication substrate 23 in a thickness direction; and second liquid chambers 52 that are formed so as to be recessed from surfaces of a nozzle plate side of the communication substrate 23 until middles of the communication substrate 23 in the thickness direction in states that thin-walled portions 40 are left on the communication substrate 23 and communicate with each pressure chamber via the individual communication ports 42 at opposite sides to the first liquid chambers 51. The common liquid chambers 32 comprise bridge portions 53 for coupling inner wall surfaces 54a at opposite sides to the second liquid chamber 52 sides of the first liquid chambers 51 and the thin-walled portions 40 together. |
