The vibration proofing structure has two bottom side sections (11) which are connected to lower surfaces of bottom plates (2) and extended between a floor tunnel (10) and a side element (12) in vehicle longitudinal direction. Each bottom side section is arranged obliquely in plan view. Each base plate is provided with four flat sections (21,23,25,27) which are spaced in vehicle longitudinal direction. The round-edged trapezoidal portions (22,24,26,28) are provided between flat sections and are provided with a convex curved surface that rises toward top or bottom. |
