摘要 Provided is a silicon-based modulator bias-point control device, comprising: a first phase controller (Heater1), which controls according to an accessed voltage the temperature applied to a first micro-loop structure (102); a second phase controller (Heater2), which controls according to an accessed voltage the temperature applied to a second micro-loop structure (103); a first coupler (109), which separates part of the light from a first waveguide (105) and sends the light to a first optoelectronic detector (100); a second coupler (110), which separates part of the light from a third waveguide (108) and outputs the light to a second optoelectronic detector (101); an acquisition module, which acquires the light average power measured by the first optoelectronic detector (100) and the second optoelectronic detector (101) and outputs it to a processing module; the processing module, set to record light average power and compare the previously recorded light average power with the presently recorded light average power, and according to the results of comparison, control access to the voltage of the first phase controller (Heater1) and the second phase controller (Heater2). Also provided is a bias-point control method used for the described control device. The control device and control method may simultaneously control the states of two micro-loops, achieving data-based control of the micro-loops; the structure is simple and sensitivity is high.
