PURPOSE: A driver integrated circuit of thin film transistor(TFT) liquid crystal display(LCD) device is provided to improve display quality of a TFT-LCD device by reducing output variation in TFT-LCD source driver integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: The source driver integrated circuit of TFT-LCD device comprises, a shift register inputting data by a start horizontal signal, shifting the input data by a clock signal and outputting data of each resister by STB signal, a latch saving input signal of the shift register for fixed time, a level shift outputting an elevated input signal voltage of the latch, a digital/analogue(D/A) converter transforming an analogue signal to a digital signal and outputting digital signal through many lines by inputting an output signal and a gray signal of the level shift and selecting voltage correspond to an image signal, a comparison switch outputting signal of the same size by comparing many output signal of the D/A converter, and a voltage follower output outputting an amplified current of output of the comparison switch to a display panel.
